The One-In-One-Out Rule
Every new item that enters the RV displaces an existing item. This rule prevents gradual accumulation that eventually makes the space feel cramped. Apply it absolutely — including gifts and items that seem too useful to leave behind. Full-timers who ignore this rule find their storage overflowing within months.
Vertical Space
